Payment Terms:

We have a $25.00 minimum order, not including shipping.  We accept ONLY Visa or Mastercard. You can have your order shipped C.O.D.. All C.O.D. orders must be paid by  cashiers check or money order. 

Warranties:

Most mini quartz movements carry a ten year replacement warranty.  All specialty movements, quartz clock fit-ups and weather instruments carry a three year replacement warranty.  Batteries supplied with fit-ups are not guaranteed.

Returns:

Please contact us for a return authorization number (RA#) prior to returning any merchandise.  This RA# number must be printed on the outside of the box being returned and a letter giving us detailed instructions should be included inside the box.  Any returns without an RA# number will be refused and returned to sender.  Returns of non defective  merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking charge.  No returns are accepted on special order merchandise.

Shortages:

Please inspect your orders upon receipt.  Any shortages must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt of goods.  If it is determined that you are missing an item from your order, it will be shipped to you in the same manner as you had requested  your order to be shipped.

Orders shipped outside of Canada:

We ship to almost anywhere in the world except to the UNITED STATES.  All orders shipped outside of Canada must be paid in full in Canadian funds prior to shipping.  We suggest that orders shipping outside Canada be shipped by Fedex or U.P.S. in order to provide tracking numbers.  For larger orders, we will be happy to deal with any freight forwarder that you may prefer.

Shipping:

All domestic orders are shipped CANADA POST regular mail (F.O.B. Boucherville, Quebec) unless otherwise specified.  Please see the shipping and handling charts below for shipping costs in Canada.  C.O.D. orders are charged an additional $10.00 per package.

Note for the above charts:  If shipments require more than one shipping carton, we reserve the right to charge the actual cost of shipping the cartons.

Lead Time:

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt.  Many of the fit-ups over 2” are made to order, therefore the lead time may be longer.  Feel free to contact one of our sales representatives to see which items are stock and which items are made to order.  Please remember that once we have shipped your order the normal CANADA POST delivery times of 2-9 working days apply.
